Hotel Rental Terms and Conditions: Preface: The "Angel Resort" in Coxs Bazar, is committed to providing you with the finest service we are able, starting with a kind welcome and professional housekeeping. Booking Process: A copy of the guest's NID/passport copy or birth certificate must be submitted at any time to make a reservation. When checking in, guest has to submit any identity documents pertaining to specific visitors who have reserved a villa. If something goes wrong, the Agency will be completely liable. Extension of your stay without reservation is subject to room availability. Booking Confirmation: Guest can obtain a confirmation of reservation by paying for one night in advance. Payment and Billing: Personal information must be provided in order to make a payment, and those details may be shared with outside organizations. In order to avoid liability for payment-related fraud, Angel Resort accepts payments via cash, credit card, debit card, net banking, or bKash. If fraud is suspected, orders may be canceled. The tariff is for the villa including government taxes. Meals and other services are available at extra cost. Due Amount must be paid at the time of Check-in. Check-In & Check-Out Times: Check-In time is (12.30 Pm). Early check-in is subject to villa's availability. Check-Out time is (11.00 Am). Must do check-out in mentioned time as we have to clean the villa before another guest check-in. Effective Date: - These Terms and Conditions will be affected on the day of booking. Traveler Responsibilities: - It is acknowledged that the guest is required to behave politely and refrain from causing any annoyances or disruptions on the hotel grounds. Guests and anybody else using hotel services are required to behave in a way that causes the fewest possible disruptions to other guests. LEFT BEHIND ITEMS: - Items left behind by a guest will be sent on demand by post at the guest’s expense to any address the guest may specify. If not specifically instructed the hotel will store such items for 15 days and then donate them to a charitable cause. Room Policies: - Outside guests are not allowed inside the room, but lobby is always open for hangout. Pets are allowed with official consent. The pet's owner is responsible for whatever damage the animal may cause. The hotel property must not be damaged by guests' smoking in their rooms. Liability and Disclaimers: - Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves. Lost & Damage Fee: Damaged bed or bedding: 20,000 BDT Damaged Linen (Bedsheet, Towel, Pillow, Blanket, Any cover): 2,000 BDT Damage wall Color: 1,000 BDT Electronics: Up to market value Fittings: 5,000 BDT Room Amenities: 2,000 BDT Furniture: Up to market value Lost Room keys: 1,000 BDT Pets Policy: - Pets are allowed with permission from authority. If any damage occurs by pet, then pet owner will be responsible to pay for the damages. Privacy and Data Security: - We take steps to secure your privacy and data in order to uphold our responsibility under local laws. Governing Law: - If any criminal action occurs in accordance with the law, management has the right to turn the offender over to law authorities. Termination of Stay: - Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited on hotel premises. If such things found with guest while checking Angel Resort holds authority to terminate the stay. Changes to Terms: - The management reserves to itself the right to add to, or alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules which are a part and an abstract of the lodging act. Cancellation and Refund Policy: - Please give 7 days advance notice period if guests need to change or cancel the reservation. Otherwise, guest won't be eligible for a refund for the single night guest purchased. If guest notify us before 7 days, guests will receive a full refund (except black-out dates). Miscellaneous: - Hotels may have a policy for no-shows, which could result in charges for the entire reservation.
